WHAT IS DYNAMIC REFORMER PILATES?

Our classes are inspired by traditional Pilates principles, with a modern approach that prioritises safe, intelligent movement.
Reformer Pilates combines the core principles of mat Pilates with the unique resistance and assistance of the reformer machines springs, delivering a full-body workout for strength, endurance, and stability.
At Camp Pilates, we use a dynamic reformer style. Unlike traditional Pilates, our classes are high-intensity yet low-impact, specifically designed to challenge muscles through maximized ‘time under tension’. This approach helps create long, lean muscles while improving strength, flexibility, and balance.
