FOUNDATIONS

A stripped-back class for those new to Reformer Pilates, returning after a break, or managing injuries.

Focus on slow, controlled movement, clear instruction, and simplified sequences to build confidence, improve mobility, stability, and strength.

Fewer transitions, gentler spring options, and plenty of coaching support make this the most accessible class. The perfect starting point before moving into BASIC Reformer classes.

BASIC

Our BASIC classes are suitable for first-timers but will deliver the burn. If you are new to Reformer Pilates we recommend starting with FOUNDATIONS first.

Expect a few layers and props with spring options tailored to suit all abilities.

 

INTERMEDIATE

If you are new to Reformer Pilates, we suggest completing at least four BASIC classes first.

INTERMEDIATE turns up the heat with full-body flows, layered movements, and added intensity. Props are used to challenge strength and stamina with longer effort phases and minimal recovery.

Expect controlled fatigue, signature muscle shakes, and attentive coaching, with options to keep the challenge strong but manageable.

STRETCH

Looking to unwind, release tension, and increase flexibility? STRETCH is a gentle, mobility-focused class using the Reformer.

We guide you through full-body movements that improve posture, release tension, and enhance flexibility. Stretches are modified for all levels, whether you’re returning to exercise, recovering from a niggle, or seeking a restorative session.

By the end of class, you’ll feel longer, looser, and more relaxed with a refreshed mind-body connection.​

PRE/POST-NATAL

​Looking for a safe, supportive way to move your body during pregnancy or after birth? Our PRE & POSTNATAL class is designed to help you build strength, stay mobile, and feel confident in your body through every stage.

 

This class focuses on gentle, strength and mobility work using the Reformer to support your changing body.​ Exercises are carefully selected and can be modified for all stages of pregnancy and postnatal recovery.

Babies are welcome in this class, but once they start crawling, it can be a little dangerous around the machine. If they're happy in a capsule or pram, park them up beside your machine. We also have one mat available.

 

By the end of class, you’ll feel stronger, more supported, and more connected to your body, with improved confidence in how you move both in and out of the studio.​​
