Our

Camp Pilates
Where strength is built, not rushed.
Camp Pilates focuses on strong foundations, intelligent programming, and high-quality movement. Classes prioritise form, control, and sustainable progress, helping clients build strength that supports their bodies long term.
Designed to feel calm, considered, and welcoming, Camp is a place to move with intention. Whether you are new to pilates or returning after time away, we support a thoughtful, confidence-building approach to training.
Meet our Founder
Elizabeth Clarke
Elizabeth is a New Brighton local and the founder of Camp Pilates, a reformer Pilates studio based in Christchurch, New Zealand. With a background in classical ballet and physiotherapy, her approach is grounded in anatomy, alignment, control, and long-term strength.
She created Camp Pilates to feel less intimidating and more supportive. A space to slow down, build confidence, and reconnect with your body. Inspired by nature and outdoor living, Camp blends intelligent movement with a grounded, welcoming atmosphere.

Meet the Camp Mascot
Rudi
Rudi is the heart and soul of Camp Pilates, our golden retriever mascot who brings warmth, calm, and a little bit of playful energy to the studio.
She represents everything Camp is about: feeling welcome, taking things at your own pace, and enjoying the process. Whether she’s greeting you at the door or snoozing through a session, Rudi is here to remind you to slow down and settle in.
Inspired by the outdoors and a slower, more grounded way of living, Rudi is a small but important part of what makes Camp feel like Camp.
